About the role
The role would be most suited for an energetic and talented individual that has the ability to effectively execute site installation activities. The primary focus of the role is to supervise site execution works and ensure all shutdown safety, quality and contractual requirements are met. The ideal candidate would have a strong knowledge of civil, structural mechanical and piping installation works.
The role is offered on a casual basis and candidates must be based in Western Australia with the ability to FIFO from Perth to qualify.

Requirements
The ideal candidate must display the following:
- Proven track record in maintaining and ensuring safe working culture onsite.
- Ability to interpret project documentation and procedures.
- Ability to effectively supervise and coordinate trade teams and sub-contractors.
- Capability to work in a team environment.
- Ability to supervise and coordinate support resources.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret and adhere to project schedules, with excellent time management skills.
- Familiarity with quality assurance and interpretation of mechanical drawings and material take-offs.
- Strong local industry knowledge.
- Clear communication skills.
- Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
- Ability to coach, mentor and support site trade teams.
- Ensure company policies and procedures are upheld to the highest standard onsite.
- Ability to work unsupervised and within a team.
- Excellent troubleshooting and work planning skills.
- Knowledge and understanding of project reporting and planning.
Essential criteria
- Trade Qualification in Mechanical Engineering or Fabrication Welding.
- Minimum three to five years’ experience in supervisory positions for onsite project execution works in the Mining Sector
- Section 26
- Hold a current Working at heights and confined space ticket within 2 years of expiry.
- Preferred by not essential – HR or manual C class Driver’s License
