Key Responsibilities include:
- Recruiting suitable candidates for shutdown and project works
- Plan and organize manning for scheduled shutdowns and project work
- Onboarding of new employees
- Mobilization to sites, as per site specific compliances
- Data Entry and Filing
- Maintaining site spreadsheets
- Monitoring and updating employee records.
- Answer and direct overflow phone calls.
- Booking medicals, training and flights, when required
- General office duties as required
Essential Criteria:
- Ability to work in a busy environment and able to multi-task.
- High attention to detail
- Can work effectively in high pressure situations.
- Can think ahead approaching upcoming tasks without being prompted
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude with the ability to work as part of a team.
- Previous two years’ experience working in a similar role is advantageous, however, ongoing training will be provided.
- Previous experience using Rapid Crews, preferred but not essential
