Our CNC plasma, oxy and mechanical cutting and fabrication plant is pretty impressive, if we say so ourselves. Combined with the technical knowledge our team has accumulated over 50+ years – from CAD to commissioning – it’s an arsenal that puts end-to-end steel processing capability at your fingertips.

Plate processing

  • Laser cutting. 25m long by 3.5m wide bed with bevel cutting capability.
  • Plasma cutting. Best suited for steel plates up to 80mm.
  • Oxy cutting. Best suited for steel plates up to 300mm.
  • Bevel cutting. Plasma, oxy and mechanical bevel cutting options.
  • Precision drilling. Pre-drill holes up to 60mm.
  • Countersinking. So steel parts, screws and bolts fit precisely.
  • Milling. For complex steel components, cutting slots, grooves or shapes.
  • Tapping. Create threads in pre-drilled holes from M5 to M40.
  • Stud welding. Fuse a threaded stud, pin, shear connector or nut to a workpiece, from M8 to M24.

Pipe processing

  • High temperature and pressure piping – all grades and sizes
  • Carbon steel, chrome molly, stainless steel, PVC and lined pipe
  • Cutting, bevelling and chamfering
  • Saddles, holes and welding
  • Fabrication, spooling, testing, pre-assembly and installation

Beam processing
