Ben has a diversified engineering background. His expertise lies in building new processing plants and improving mechanical performance, life- span and efficiency of mechanical, industrial and mining systems.

Founded in 1970 the name DIAB comes from the first letters of the founders’ names – David and Anne Payne; and Ian and Betty Shields.
